I have no administrator account! i forgot my administrator pword so i cant install anything! help plz?

i forgot my admins pword and im using a geuss acount this totally sucks i really need some help! im so annoyed i can do anything but check mail and play minesweeper i really wana do things involving flash player and java! somone plz help me out i need a way to creat a new admin thanks
