Dawg Questions. Help please?

Hi! I just asked a question before this on how to tame a dog. Now I want to know how to Potty train one. My dog poops wherever it wants to. How do I avoid this? Help me potty train my dog! Also does anyone know of some really hygienic pet kennel in and around Bangalore? I don't really trust the pet kennels in India though..Is it hard to keep a dog in an apartment? Do golden rel spaniels shed a lot of hair? If they do, which would be an alternative breed?
