Dramamine & Imodium.. Nervous stomach?

I'm supposed to fly soon and I have a ton of layovers. I'm flying alone so I'm very nervous/anxious I'm going to miss one of my connecting flights. I've had a constant stomach ache (nervous stomach) and I know it will be worse on the day that I fly until I'm on that last plane home. I never fly without taking imodium because my anxiety gets the best of me, and I planned on taking dramamine as well to help with the nervous stomach that will be made worse by being on the plane but I read that someone died after taking these two things together :( Is there anything I can do to make my stomach chill out? I am not going to take the chance of killing myself over being uncomfortable by taking both drugs. Thanks a bunch.
