I am needing some Pool HELP!!!!!!?

You really need to have your pool water tested. Any pool supply company will do it and they can recommend what you need. The CL reading is close, but you definitely need to raise the ph. 2000 gallons is not a big pool so it should not cost you too much to get it in proper specs.
