I want to start a company, need help!!!?

I live in Miami-Dade County (FL) and I want to start a small company, At this time I have a few ideas, but I need a guide on where to go, what to get and how to get it. My first idea is to start a security company, another idea is to start a bail bondsmen company and my last idea is to start a temp agency where I can help people find jobs...If anyone has any input, good or bad, I'm open minded!!!! thanks
