Why does Frank, Dodd, Waters & Obama get a p on the housing debacle?

They were all at that hearing when the regulators were trying to put the brakes on Fannie and Freddie, they damn near crucified him, saying nothing was wrong, and yet the press hasnt said a peep, which led to everything crashing down.
