My dog just broke her leg !!!?

we took her to the 24hour em vet.. he wont even look at her till he has money .. and we are broke ( man just lost job for being sick ) is there any place in ga that can help us.. i can get some money bt not fricking 350 just to xray and thats it... it is deff broke you can see it.. the nice vet did give her a free shot for the pain that was nice of him, but thats all he can do... my poor dog is hurt so bad.. she is part of our family but we cant tae her to the emg room and say but it on our tab... please help!!!
