I’m trying to figure out adoption statistics, can someone help me?

The US Census Bureau has statistics on some of this that are accessible through their website. I found some a few weeks ago when a similar question was asked. Take some time to dig through the site and I'll most likely find what you are looking for. Statistics Canada, StatsCan, has similar stats available on their site.
